I am the Founder and President of Bay Executive Partners, a business strategy, entrepreneurship, and marketing consulting firm in Silicon Valley. I am a consultant, workshop leader, facilitator, and coach. In my work, I combine my disciplined approach to strategy and innovation, with the art of coaching and the wisdom of experience to help my clients create value in ways that are generative, and sustainable. My clients include C-level executives, VPs and Directors; and I have worked with companies such as Cisco Systems, Applied Materials, Cymer, Wells Fargo, Triformix, number of startups companies, and several not-for-profit organizations.
I bring to my clients more than twenty years of high-tech leadership and operations experience in variety of disciplines including strategy, marketing, business development, product management, and product development. I have worked in executive and senior management roles in AT&T, Lucent, Bell Labs, Avici Systems and several successful startups.
I hold an MBA from Columbia University, an MSEE from Georgia Tech, a BSEE from University of Oklahoma, and I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) of International Coaching Federation.
